Terms and Conditions


Currently we only ship to mainland UK. For full details of our shipping policy please refer to the Shipping Info page.


The Games Hunter does not currently offer pre-orders of games.

Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure.

Our site is hosted by Mr Site and all online transactions are managed using PayPal. The Games Hunter does not store any bank, credit or debit card information and we do not share any personal information with 3rd parties.

The only information retained are your shipping details and e-mail address.

Data Retention

The Games Hunter is fully compliant Data Protection Act, 1998.

Return / Refund Policy

Unsatisfactory Items - If you wish to return the product for any reason then please notify The Games Hunter with 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer and the item will only be accepted back into The Games Hunter's stock if is in a re-saleable condition. Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned item a full refund will be made.

If a return is requested after the period of 7 days of receipt, then this is at the discretion of The Games Hunter. A small fee might be charged to cover any costs incurred by The Games Hunter during the initial transaction (postage, payment fees, etc).

Damaged Items

If your parcel is received in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Please ensure that the damage is documented at the time of receipt as we may ask for this proof before accepting the return of the item. If accepted, we will make arrangements for the return of the item.

Upon receipt by The Games Hunter a full refund will be made to your account (including any shipping costs incurred).

Lost Shipments

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery (from the date of shipping confirmation). If after this period you still haven't received your parcel please let us know and we will contact the delivery agents to check the status. Upon resolution of the investigation, if your parcel has indeed been lost in transit we will either dispatch a replacement (at no cost to yourself) of offer a full refund (including shipping charges).

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that we are not responsible for any actions taken by third parties acting on behalf of TheGamesHunter, but should a problem arise we will be happy to investigate it on yout behalf.

At present we will only ship goods to the UK mainland.


All payments must be made in Sterling either via PayPal or cash on collection.
