Shipping Info


Items that we have in stock are usually delivered within 72 hours of payment clearance. If for any reason we anticpate any delays we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery or Collection:

Delivery: The Games Hunter will ship all oders using Parcel2Go as we believe this offers the best value for money while not compromising on the service received.

Collection: If you prefer you can choose to collect your item in person from our gift store. Collection times are 10:00 Monday-Friday and 10:00-16:30 on Saturday. We do not offer a collection service on Sunday.


Currently we only offer shipping to mainland UK.


Damaged: If your parcel is received in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Unsatisfacory items: If you wish to return the product for any other reason, then you must notify The Games Hunter within 7 days of receipt of the item. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer and the item will only be accepted if it is a re-saleable condition (i.e. unopened and undamaged).

If the period of seven days has elapsed then acceptance is at the discretion of The Games Hunter. A small fee might be charged to cover any costs incurred by The Games Hunter during the initial transaction (postage, payment fees, etc).

Lost Shipments:

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If you still have not recieved the item after this period then let us know and we will contact our delivery agents to check the status and if necessary dispatch a replacement item to you.
